    A - Automatic
    AC - Air Conditioned
    SW - Station Wagon
  • Upon arrival at the rental station, please present the printed copy of the rental voucher.

  • Be sure to provide an exact time of arrival (the vehicle is kept up to 2 hours from estimated time of arrival, subject to the working hours of the station).
  • The rental vehicle must be returned within the working hours of the rental station, as the rental contract will be closed only during the station's working hours. • International driving license – every holder of an Israeli driver's license is required to issue an international license before going abroad. It is not possible to drive in foreign countries with only an Israeli license. An international driver's license grants the right to drive in foreign countries in accordance with the driver's license levels and is conditional on a valid permanent (plastic) Israeli license being attached to it.
  • International credit card – the main driver must present at the rental station an International credit card valid, bears his name, available credit line and pin code to ensure payment of all additional charges that may apply. In some countries this rule also applies to any additional driver who is mentioned in the rental agreement.

  • Extras to be paid abroad (such as: deductible, additional driver, baby/child seat, one-way fee, navigation system, care fee, winter equipment, additional coverages, etc.) do not include local VAT.
